Who We’re Looking For
We’re selectively building a vetted network of deeply experienced IT monitoring professionals who can consult with our clients or collaborate on high-impact projects.
- Have 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations, infrastructure monitoring, or network performance management
- Are fluent in a broad range of modern monitoring tools and platforms, including Nagios, Prometheus, Datadog, Zabbix, New Relic, Splunk, Grafana, SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Elastic Stack (ELK), PagerDuty, LogicMonitor, Dynatrace etc.
- Can confidently advise clients on architecture, alerting strategy, tool selection, and performance tuning
- Have worked across enterprise or mission-critical environments
- Communicate clearly and consultatively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
